A Cob Oven in the Garden?

At the Heirloom Exposition this week, we met Miguel Elliott of Living Earth Structures. He was teaching people how to make a cob wood-fired oven, and he is interested in building one with gardeners in Vallejo. One agenda item this Saturday will be planning a cob-oven building event, with a local school perhaps? Very exciting!
