Vallejo People’s Garden
will be open for volunteering in honor of
Martin Luther King, Jr.  National Day of Service

Tuesday January 15, 2013
Open Hours:  2:00pm – 5:30pm
Volunteers will help clean out and prepare the greenhouse for spring, harvest winter vegetables, weed, fix walkways with decomposed granite, plant tree cuttings, and plant tomato seeds.   Wear sturdy shoes and bring garden gloves if you have them.
Everybody is welcome!   Come pitchfork in!

Here we are doing our part at the Solano County Food Oasis giving out free and delicious samples of bruchetta, fresh produce, and wheatgrass!
